Green Hills Property Management (GHPM) is a family-owned, boutique property management company serving the greater Nashville area since 2003. Founded by Mike and Melissa Red, the company was built on a simple belief: exceptional property management begins with exceptional relationships. In 2024, GHPM expanded its services to include rental management in response to requests from homeowners seeking this same level of attention and care for their investment properties.

Mike Red
Mike Red founded Green Hills Property Management after a successful corporate career and service on a condominium association board. Known for his responsive, hands-on approach, he helps communities succeed through personalized service, strong relationships, and accountable management.
Co-Owner
Melissa Red
Melissa Red joined Green Hills Property Management in 2007 and serves as co-owner. With experience in finance, healthcare, and business leadership, she oversees operations, budgeting, and homeowner relations, delivering responsive service and personalized support.
Head of Rental Management
Jack Beard
Jack Beard is a fifth-generation Nashvillian, licensed Realtor, and head of Green Hills Property Management’s rental division. Specializing in leasing, investment properties, and client relations, he provides responsive service, local expertise, and a seamless rental experience.
