After repeated requests from several Green Hills Property Management homeowners to oversee their income properties, Mike and Melissa, together with Melissa’s son Jack, launched GHPM’s rental management division in 2024. Built on the same foundation of personalized service, responsiveness, and communication that defines GHPM, our rental management services are designed to provide investor-owners with confidence, convenience and peace of mind.
From landlord registration, marketing and leasing, applicant screening, lease administration, rent collection and owner distributions, maintenance coordination and lease turnover management, we manage every aspect of the rental process with professionalism, efficiency, and attention to detail.

We manage a diverse portfolio of investment properties, including single-family homes, condominium units, and townhomes throughout some of Nashville's most sought-after neighborhoods, including Charlotte Park, The Nations, 12 South, East Nashville, Green Hills, and Old Hickory.
