Property Management
Homeowner Association Management
As a boutique management company with more than 20 years of experience, we have built a proactive, detail-driven approach focused on personalized service, thoughtful financial management, open communication and strong relationships with HOA Boards and homeowners. Through a hands-on approach that is increasingly rare in our industry we set a higher standard in the Nashville market by anticipating needs, resolving issues in an empathetic manner, and building lasting relationships grounded in professionalism and integrity.

Communities We Manage
We currently manage 16 well-appointed residential communities representing more than 500 homes, ranging from townhome developments to single-family residential communities on multi-acre lots throughout some of the Nashville area's most desirable neighborhoods, including The Nations, 12 South, Franklin, Germantown, Bellevue, Midtown, Charlotte Park, Green Hills, Brentwood, and Sylvan Park.
Eleven of our sixteen communities have been managed by Green Hills Property Management since inception. We were selected by the developer as the flagship management company, allowing us to support a seamless transition of governance from the developer to the homeowners association. This early involvement has enabled us to assist in the development of governing documents, rental cap protections, and community rules and regulations that promote long-term stability and an exceptional living experience for residents.
Our growth has been intentionally selective and driven entirely by referrals from satisfied clients, developers, and industry partners who value our commitment to responsive service, integrity, professionalism, and hands-on community management.
